Ca’n Shiva is a wonderful rustic style villa stretching across the private Golf Club of Bendinat, with excellent views to Illetas and Portals Nous. The exterior is filled with natural stone, olive trees and ochre tiles. The space takes delight in its own identity, which consists of a home automation system allowing to manage lighting and climate control through a simple touch in the Ipad app. In the dwelling interior, the different switches and thermostats from Gira are integrated with each area’s decor, as well as with Crestron control system.
